Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The complete set must be unused, clean and undamaged.
We provide a prepaid Australian return label with no restocking fee. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within five business days of receiving and checking the set. Bank processing may take longer.
Fit guarantee
Select the correct model for your Australian-spec 2026 RAV4. If the mats do not fit properly, we will help resolve it, replace the set or provide a full refund. We cover return and replacement postage. Stop using any mat that interferes with the pedals.
1-year warranty
We cover defects in materials or manufacture for one year from delivery under normal use. Contact us within that year for a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. We cover reasonable claim and return costs. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse or modifications are excluded.
The unused condition applies only to change-of-mind returns, not fit or faulty-product claims.
